Today our P7’s were led in a workshop by Hip Psychology for Children’s Mental Health Week. It was an interactive program that gave the children some skills to deal with anxiety. It also gave the children space to think through what makes them feel anxious and about who is in their Connection Web. It was a really helpful afternoon.
